I got inspiration for this outfit from an outfit Anne Hathaway wore in the move The Intern. I spent more time than I’m willing to admit trying to find a screenshot of the scene on google without any luck, so you all will just have to trust me that it was as cute as I’m saying it was. She was wearing a super thick + chunky white sweater tucked into a short black skirt and for some reason I just loved the way it looked! Cozy yet still cool.
I found this sweater at my local Nordstroms and I immediately fell in love with the little ‘popcorn’ detailing. Although an investment, it will be something you can wear time and time again. Speaking of ‘time and time again,’ I’ve worn these shoes more times than I can count. They’re such a great basic, and the pointy toe and strappy laces make them very on trend for the moment. I pair them with evvvverything!
Also, who else is excited that the Starbucks holiday cups are back? I feel so #basic saying that but I can’t help myself – they just make me so happy!
