I can’t believe it’s fall, y’all. As I sit and write this, it is  cool 65 degrees outside!  #whendidthathappen!? As sad as I am to say goodbye to summer, fall items like these boots help make the transition a little easier 🙂 The wide top and shortened length makes these perfect for those in-between months, where its cooler in the morning and evenings, but warms up during the day. I could easily pair these with a dress like this or this {or} like I’ve shown above! I love sets. They’re a one stop shop, and you know they’ll look good together {because, um, they were meant to be worn together?} But really – does it get any easier?! As soon as I saw this crop top & flare set from Ripley Rader I knew it was going to be amazing. Known for their jumpsuits, Ripley Rader has some serious classics on their hands {I think I need this next}. With that being said, they also have some insanely gorgeous dresses {I lovvve how elegant and simple this one is, and I think this one would be beautiful in the South of France}.

I wore this look to an upscale luncheon I was asked to attend and {I think} it was perfect. I felt dressed up and elegant, but also cool {crop tops will do that to ya ?} and the flares give it a totally unique look. I love that the flare pants were also long enough for me {and I’m wearing 4″ heels here!} So excited to have discovered Ripley Rader, and I think y’all will love it too!

I’ve never believed in the ‘no white after Labor Day’ rule, and with it still being *over* 100 degrees in Texas everyday, you’d be hard pressed to find me in any dark or fall-ish colors! I love that this top is so light and airy, and you can’t beat the under $30 price tag! {I have it in 3 colors!} These sandals are also a favorite, they feel super crisp, and I love the pop of red these earrings provide. Don’t be afraid to wear white {all white} after Labor Day – rules are meant to be broken! 🙂

There is something about the start of fall, to make you really miss those days where you would pack a bag and head off to your first day of school. New papers and pens, and if you were very lucky, a few new pieces of clothing you couldn’t wait to show off. Although I am no longer attending school (sigh) I still get excited about the start of the fall – and I often cant help myself from picking out a few back-to-school goodies 🙂 First up, were these gorgeous suede sandals from Kate Spade. I loved that they were suede, but open toe, so they felt very transitional. They don’t scream summer, and they also don’t yell out – ‘HEY, ITS WINTER!” 🙂  I paired them here with white jeans (because I don’t believe in the no white after Labor Day rule #sorrynotsorry) and this gorgeous super lightweight sweater from Kate Spade. I love the little collar detail, and I also love that you can detach it and just wear the sweater ‘plain,’ aka I get to have my cake and eat it too! #mykindashirt Kate Spade has all sorts of great items for the shopper getting ready for fall – I’ve been eyeing this bag for toting around my laptop & work things and am seriously obsessed with this less than practical, but oh-so-cute crossbody in ‘mahogany’ – cranberry just feels so crisp for fall!

Now, if I’m really being honest here, y’all know I’m a shoe girl. Since I was little, shoes have always been my thing. I never have enough (hence why I went straight for these bad boys!) But there are so many other incredible shoe picks in Kate Spade‘s selection – like these flats (imagine with a frayed crop jean or leather leggings) or these closed toe ankle strap heels (love with black jeans + an oversized sweater).  I could go on and on! But instead, I’ll leave you be, and let you see for yourself!
