Casual Summer Outfit

Shirt: Anya Hindmarch Eyes T-shirt {also here} // Skirt: Agolde Audrey Skirt {also here} // Shoes: Loeffler Randall Birdie Sandal // Bracelet: Roxanne Assoulin // Bag: Celine Nano Tote // Sunglasses: Yves Saint Laurent {less expensive version here}

Although I love having an excuse to dress up, and wear outfits like yesterday’s beautiful dress, most days I’m wearing something more like this. Casual, comfortable and easy. I love that this little t-shirt has a playful set of googly eyes, and that this skirt is funky and slightly askew. I’ve paired both with my trusty red Celine nano, Loeffler Birdie slides and playful heart sunglasses. All around one of my favorite outfits, and one that I know I’ll wear all summer long!

The Sweetest Floral Dress

Dress: Rebecca Taylor Francine Poplin Dress c/o // Bag: Lucy Folk Cocoloko Clutch // Shoes: Vince Karen Wedge

As soon as I saw this Rebecca Taylor dress, I knew I had to have it. I love everything about it. The sweet blue flowers, the shape, and the flirty twirl the dress makes when you spin. I also love the surprise opening in the back. It makes the otherwise sweet and delicate design of the dress, a bit more playful & fun. The crisp cotton material is also perfect for the summer heat, and the elastic waistband perfect for comfort.

Rebecca Taylor is known for her feminine pieces and lucky for you guys, they have offered Being Bridget readers a 20% off discount code! The code is good for any full price Rebecca Taylor items {excluding all 3rd party, and La Vie items}. Some of my favorite pieces from their collection right now {other than my dress above, which I’m obviously in love with} are these super cool embroidered jeans, this comfy looking jersey dress, this sweet floral jumpsuit, and this classic tweed jacket. The code is: BRIDGET20 and lasts until June 4th! Happy shopping friends!

This Magical Bag Will Make Your Life So Much Better – Truffle Clarity Pouch

If you’ve been reading my blog, or following me on Instagram, then you already know I am head over heels in love & obsessed with these Truffle Clarity bags. How could you not be?! They’re stylish and made of extremely high quality materials able to withstand frequent trips to the airport, daily abuse at the bottom of a handbag, or even as a clutch for a night on the town!

MY FAVORITE WAYS TO USE THE TRUFFLE CLARITY BAGS

CARRY ON ESSENTIAL

I was like most travelers and using a Ziplock bag to carry on my liquids. Not only was this wasteful, but it was nerve wracking wondering if the bag would withstand the duration of the trip. There is nothing worse than a Ziplock bag bursting open and all your liquids spilling out.  The large and small sized clutches are perfect and sleek for carrying on your liquids in a slim, and high quality pouch. I personally prefer the large size because I can fit everything in one pouch, but this size is not technically TSA approved.  If your worries about TSA giving you trouble, go with the small size, but just know that I haven’t had any issues traveling with the large and I’ve used it multiple times!

HANDBAG CARRY ALL

The mini clarity clutch is perfect for any handbag. If you’re like me, and constantly have pens, hair ties, bobby pins {among other things} all sitting at the bottom of your purse, then you need the mini clarity clutch. Your purse will thank you. It’s great for keeping all of those small items that get lost in your bag organized.

ELECTRONIC ORGANIZATION

I hate having all my cords and chargers unorganized in my carry on bag when I travel, so the large clarity clutch is the perfect solution for keeping things looking tidy and organized. I love how slim these bags keep everything too. I can fit it in my carryon purse or bag without any issues!

Now, if you’re still reading, then I have a treat for you! I’ve teamed up with Truffle to give away two $100 gift cards {one for you, and one for your best friend!} to Truffle so you can treat yourself to your own clarity clutches and start traveling better! Head to my Instagram to find out more details on how to enter!!

Red Valentino Skort

Bottom: Red Valentino Floral Skort {also here!} // Top: Madewell Central Shirt // Bag: Celine Nano Tote // Sunglasses: Illesteva Leonard Mirrored Sunglasses // Shoes: old, find similar here

Do y’all remember wearing skorts as a kid? I loved them. I actually went to a school that required a uniform, and our skirts in middle school were skorts. It was awesome. You could run, and play and do cartwheels without ever having to worry about flashing anyone or being innapropriate. Not that we really cared at that age – especially at an all girls school! But OK….I’m getting off track here. Where were we? Oh YES. Adult skorts. Most specifically this gorgeous blue & white monkey print skort by Valentino. As soon as I saw it, I knew I needed it. Isn’t it amazing? So playful, so fun, and underneath the ‘skirt’ – shorts! I’ve paired it here with my trusty chambray shirt {I wear chambray all year round} and decade old silver oxfords from Forever 21.

I can’t beleive it’s already almost Memorial Day! Where has this year gone?! Do you have any fun plans? We’re headed to Colorado and I’m just so excited to be in nature and cooler temps 🙂
